Community & Reflection
A small-group experience guided by the authors — exploring the workbook together, one session at a time.
About the Book Club
Join a four-week guided discussion series designed to support reflection, clarity, and meaningful conversation. The group meets once a week for one hour, creating a steady and manageable rhythm for participation.
This book club is not focused on reviewing the book chapter by chapter. Instead, it creates space to explore how the ideas connect to real life through shared experiences and practical application.
Each session groups three to four chapters and centers on a key theme, including seeking clarity, setting boundaries, understanding stress responses, and living from a sense of belonging. Participants are invited to read the assigned chapters in advance and come prepared to engage with a core discussion question.
The format is simple and intentional. Each session includes open conversation, shared insights, and a brief reflection or meditation at the end. The goal is to learn from one another, not just the material.
Groups are intentionally kept small, with 10 to 15 participants, to support meaningful discussion and connection.
This is a space for thoughtful dialogue, personal insight, and practical takeaways that can be applied in daily life. No prior experience is needed. Participants are encouraged to share at their own comfort level.
Here is the agenda for the four sessions:
